YANI POP – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Yani Pop, each set is carefully handled to ensure quality and hygiene. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges  
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any press-on nail sets.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at helloyanipop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.  
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
Yani Pop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Order Changes & Cancellations  
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.

Sizing Responsibility  
Please review our sizing guide before purchasing. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selections.
